Japser Buzon, started his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey by training with friends in garages and learning from VHS tapes. After less than two years at Gracie Barra Orlando with Marcio Simas, he decided to switch gyms and joined American Top Team under Renato Tavares.
Currently, he trains under Thiago Dominguez at Dela Riva and is an active member of The Jungle MMA, where he trains alongside Mike Lee and his team. In September 2022, he took the initiative to start a Christian-based BJJ group named "PSALM 91 JIU-JITSU" for his church, Faith Assembly of God. The group meets once a week, offering free classes for believers and those interested in exploring the teachings of Jesus Christ.
